Katie-Lou Dague, 84, of Rittman, died Sunday, May 5, 2013, at Summa Akron City Hospital. She was born November 4, 1928 in Wayne County, to Russell and Laverne (Lance) Rufener and lived most of her life in the Rittman area.
She was a homemaker, sold Avon Products, and worked for Hudson Oxygen Products. Katie-Lou enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, animals, flowers and dancing.
Her husband, Stanley Dague, died October 6, 1997.
Surviving are her children, Cindy (Robert) DeLong of Wadsworth, Jerry (Wilma) Dague of Creston and Michael Dague of Rittman; five grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and sisters, Barbara Schaffter of Homosassa Springs, Florida and Idabelle Bowers of Phoenix, Arizona.
Services will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W. Sunset Dr., Rittman, with Pastor Bud Olszewski officiating. Burial will be at Mound Hill Cemetery in Seville. Friends may call one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
