Mildred Jindra, 97, of Medina, went to be with the Lord Friday, March 13, 2015. She was born April 7, 1917 in Cleveland, to the late Michael and Maria (Valent) Koncos.
Mildred had worked as a nurses’ aid at Metro Hospital and loved music.
Mildred is survived by her beloved children, Bernard M. (Anne) and John L. (Josephine) Jindra; loving grandmother of Jennifer (Ryan) Adams, Jill (Shawn) Johnson, Michael (Kim) Jindra, Christopher (Meghan) Jindra and Joe and Andrew Jindra; and dear great-grandmother of seven.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard L. and her brother and sister-in-law, John and Dorothy Koncos.
A funeral service will be held 4 P.M., Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. The family will receive friends Sunday, from 2 P.M., until the time of service in the funeral home. A private family interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park.
