Samuel H. Mantle passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
He leaves behind his siblings, Kenneth (Sue), James (Libby), Robert (Delda), Raymond (Sally), Ronald (Jackie), twin brother, Daniel, Thomas and Mark (Betsy).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Trella.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1 P.M. at Young’s Corners Fellowship Church, 5026 Ridge Road, Wadsworth.
