Marjorie Caroline Crow (nee Grady), 96, of Medina, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014. She was born September 18, 1917 in Cleveland, to the late James J. and Caroline (nee Graf) Grady.
Marjorie retired from Citizens Mortgage Corporation; she was the co-founder of the Friends of Medina County Library, a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of Medina General Hospital, a member of the Clytean Club and a long time active member of St. Mathew Lutheran Church.
Marjorie is survived by her niece, Ruth Ann Fenn; and her children, Mathew, Tammy (Brett) Kelly, Michael; nephew, Robert (Julie) Grady; and their children, Natalie and Patrick; niece, Colleen Mocz; and nephews, George, Michael, and James Grady.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert A. Crow; brother, James Grady; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Grady; brother, George Grady and sister-in-law, Elona Grady; and niece, Michele Fenn.
A memorial service will be held for Marjorie on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11 A.M., at St. Mathew Lutheran Church, 400 N. Broadway St., Medina, OH 44256, with Rev. David Anderson officiating. Memorial visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 10 to 11 A.M. at the church. Private interment will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mathew Lutheran Church or the Medina Count SPCA, 245 S. Medina St., Medina, OH 44256.
