Francis Leo “Frank” Becker, 76, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, in North Olmsted. He was born November 2, 1936, to the late Frank J. and Ruth M. Becker.
Frank proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1955-1959 and retired from Ford Motor Co. as an electrician, after 32 years. He was an avid movie man and enjoyed collecting many genres of movies.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary (nee Mazula ) of 52 years; loving children, Michelle (Bart) Haas, Michael (Kelly) Becker, Milissa (James) Nagy, and Susan (John) Tevis; treasured grandchildren, Jessica (Whitney Clayton), Eric and Tyler Haas, Allie (James) Walsh, Kirsten and Jennifer Becker, and Joshua and Joella Nagy.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Jack, Charles, and Robert Becker; and sister, Dolores Becker.
Friends and family may call on Sunday, September 22, 2013, from 2 until 6 P.M., at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick, 44212 and one hour prior to mass on Monday, September 23, 2013, at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, 10 A.M., at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 929 Pearl Rd., Brunswick. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
