William W. Cline “Bill”, 51, of Medina, went to meet his precious Saviour face-to-face on Wednesday, Sepetember 11, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Bill attended school in Independence and Brecksville and received his GED from Medina Co. Career Center. He worked in several capacities at Hydraulic Press Brick in Independence for 13 years. More recently Bill had been instrumental with Delta Commercial Services, taking care of landscape and other housing needs for a number of condo associations and businesses throughout Medina.
His love of Christ showed as he engaged with customers and others within the community. Taking pride in serving others, Bill was a Medina Co. Hospice volunteer and an usher at Ernest Angley Grace Cathedral. Bill was a true servant of our Lord, and the Lord chose to take him for a greater purpose. His sense of humor, ready smile, and gentle spirit will be greatly missed.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandmother, Iva Cline.
He is survived by his loving family, including his wife of 23 years, Valerie (Lephew) Cline; mother, Pat Klir; grandfather, (Dad) Lewis Cline; and other close family members, Margaret (John) Charmley, Larry (Faye) Cline, Cheryl (Bob) Deusenberry, Tommy (Lori) Cline, Joyce (Billy) Collins, Kip (Jen) Sobczynski; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as many very special friends.
Funeral Service will be 12 P.M., Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Grace Cathedral Akron, 1055 Canton Road, with Reverand Steve Millar officiating. Interment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina. Visitation will be 2 to 4 P.M., Friday, September 13, 2013, at the Church, and also 10 A.M. to 12 P.M., Saturday, prior to the service.
