Shiloh Lenora Wolf

Wolf_ShilohShiloh Lenora Wolf was born Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 5:55 A.M., to parents, Matt and Linnea Wolf, at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital – Special Delivery Unit. Shiloh was born with angel wings and waits with Jesus until she can be held by her mom and dad again someday.
Present to welcome Shiloh, alongside her parents, was her maternal grandmother, Linnette Hayden. Her brother, Jeremy, also got to hold her. Shiloh was loved deeply and wanted greatly by her parents. She was diagnosed with Turner’s Syndrome at 11 weeks four days gestation and her parents were told to expect her passing within days. However, Shiloh continued to fight and defy the odds for several more weeks. Despite the prayers of hundreds of people who were following Shiloh’s story and despite the tremendous love, fight and desire for life that little Shiloh showed with every passing day, Jesus called her home.
Her parents are so proud of her fight and they will treasure every moment of the five months they had with her. Because of Shiloh’s condition, she was seen for weekly ultrasounds and had daily doppler heart checks. Shiloh loved to interact with her parents during her heartbeat checks. Her mommy would play “Fight Song” for her every day and Shiloh made it far enough to know her parents touch and follow their touches. She also knew her daddy’s voice, which was evidenced by her increased heart rate every time she heard him talk. Those are moments that her parents will carry with them always.
Shiloh’s parents are beyond grateful that their daughter fought long enough that labor and delivery was possible. Linnea says, “She was born still, but she was born and that’s a day forever frozen in time.”
Shiloh was welcomed to heaven by her paternal grandmother, Cynthia Rose Wolf and her maternal great-grandmother and namesake, Stella Lenora Hayden, as well as other family members.
Shiloh is survived by three adopted siblings, Matthew II, Abigail (Angelina) and Sarah. She is also survived by her paternal grandfather, Randy S. Wolf; her paternal aunt, Jennifer and husband, Chris Garnett (Aria); her paternal uncle, Adam Wolf and wife, Jessica (McKenna and Kinsley) of Everett, Washington.
There will be a Memorial Service held Monday, January 4 2016, at 6 P.M., at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St, Medina, 44256. It is an open service and the family would greatly appreciate a full house to acknowledge and celebrate Shiloh’s life.
“… all the time, the House of God was in Shiloh.” – Judges 18:31.
