Richard D. Lade, 60, of Boynton Beach, Florida, previously from Medina, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2012. He was born December 3, 1951.
Rick served his country in the U.S. Air Force and enjoyed life. His greatest passions were photography, golfing, bowling and warm weather. He enjoyed living in many different places including Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Ohio, Florida and Las Vegas.
Rick is survived by his son, Brian (Cathy) Lade of Lodi; daughter, Jennifer (James) McKnight of Wadsworth; best friend, Jeanne Lade of Medina; and grandchildren, Zach, Alex and Braylon.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Lade; mother, Ruth (White) Lade Blanchard; brother, Arthur Lade; infant brother, Gary Michael; and nephew, Michael Lade.
A memorial service may be held at a later date.
