Arlene B. Kosh, 69, of Valley City, passed into the Heavenly gardens Wednesday, March 27, 2013. She was born in Cleveland on September 12, 1943, to the late Frank and Elizabeth Opal.
Arlene has resided in Valley City since 1987. She had been a rental coordinator with Ohio Cat, Broadview Heights for 23 years. Arlene has been an active member of Zion Lutheran Church, Valley City, for many years serving as Deacon and the Altar Guild. She and her husband enjoyed traveling. Arlene spent many hours manicuring her yard and flower gardens.
Arlene is survived by her husband, Alfred, married 27 years; children, David (Paula) Kosh, and Jeffrey (Lisa) Kosh, both of Brunswick and John (Wendy) Kosh of Middlefield, Ohio; grandchildren, Eric ( Nikki), Mark (Erin), Sierra, Parker and Dawson; great grandchildren, Chandler and Brock.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Opal.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 30, 2013, 10 A.M. at Zion Lutheran Church, 2233 Abbeyville Road, Valley City. Reverend Michael Koch, officiating. Calling hours will be Friday, March 19, 2013 from 2 until 6 P.M. at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road, Valley City. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Valley City.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church.
