Marjorie Josephine Kemp, 73, of Medina, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was born on July 31, 1939, to the late Harry and Helen (nee Bullock) Miller in Omaha, Nebraska.
Marjorie was both a loving wife and mother, a compassionate poet and playwright. She loved cats, domestic birds and exotic fish. Marjorie enjoyed gardening fruits, vegetables, plants and flowers. She was a member of the Thomas Wolfe Society and Women in Communications, Inc.
She is survived by George Paul, her beloved husband of 24 years; loving children, Jeffrey, Cynthia (Ron), and Kathleen (Philip); stepchildren, Brad, Stephen (Brenda) and Christopher Kemp; as well as her 11 devoted grandchildren; and members of the Miller, Ramos, Cerny, Stegkemper and Kemp families.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael.
A private memorial visitation will be held at Waite and Son Funeral Home, Brunswick, with a private memorial service following immediately after.
