Beverly Jean Linn, 74, died January 13, 2013.
A graduate of Ohio University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, she was an assistant buyer for millinery at the M. O’Neil Co., worked as a headline writer at the Brunswick Leader Post, a reimbursable supply clerk for the 2nd Army area, but her greatest job of all was being a wife and mother. Jeanne was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church, where she served on committees including Pastor/Parish, Missions, Library, and served as lay delegate at the annual conference at Lakeside. She liked to travel and read.
She is survived by daughters, Traci and Elizabeth.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger D. Linn; and parents, George and Elinore Pringle.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at the Billow Fairlawn Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron, with Reverend Deborah Nees officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call 4 until 8 P.M., Tuesday, January 15, 2013, and one hour before services at the funeral home.
