Roy M. White, 82, of Medina, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016. He was born in Medina on July 21, 1933, to the late Wesley and Helen (Koch) White.
Roy was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Fellowship Church and a U.S. Army Veteran. He loved Westerns and was a devoted John Wayne fan. Roy also enjoyed excavating.
Roy is survived by his wife of 11 years, Linda (Wade) White; children, Belinda Sue Hill, Cheryl Ann (Tom) Waller, Roy W. (Marie) White; brothers, Carl (Mary) White, Fred White; brother-in-law Ken Wade and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff at Medina Hospital on 2 North, especially Drs. Khandelwal and Bhatt for their exceptional care and to Hospice of Medina County.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. Pastor Gerald Clevenger will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday in the funeral home from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. before the service. Interment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery.
