Rhoda M. Heidinger, 79, of Medina, formerly of Meriden, Connecticut, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012. She was born November 14, 1933 in Ottowa, Canada to William and Hedwig (nee Mezger) Mundinger.
Rhoda retired from Hartford Insurance in customer service. She enjoyed knitting and spent her time with projects knitting for Medina Hospital and Warm Up Medina County. Rhoda was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sharon Center. She will be missed by her many nieces and great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Richard, Tom, Jerry, Ada and Charlotte.
There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be celebrated in February, 2013.
The family suggests contributions may be made to St. Labre Indian School, P.O. Box 216, Ashland, MT 59003-9989, in memory of Rhoda.
