Helen E. Mostoller, 101, of Sharon Township, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Hospice of Medina County, after a brief illness. Mrs. Mostoller was born in Akron on June 11, 1913, to the late Matthew and Kati (Binder) Blazer.
She was a graduate of Sharon High School, a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Sharon Center and enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold in 1989; sons-in-law, Raymond Kozub and Robert Vance; sister, Margaret Mostoller and several other relatives.
She’s survived by daughters, Joan Vance of Columbus and Elaine (Dolly) Kozub of Sharon Township; grandchildren, Scott (Amy), Lori (Mike), Kim (Jonathan) and Troy (Michelle); great-grandchildren, Jared, Justin, Jacob, Felishia, Troy, Bryce, Isabel, Aneko, Jess, Alex and Sam; great-great-granddaughter, Madalyn (Poopsie); many nieces and nephews and two sisters-in-law.
Graveside Service will be Friday, May 29, 2015, 11 A.M., at Rose Hill Burial Park, 3653 W. Market St., Fairlawn, Ohio. Pastor Judy McGuire will officiate.
The family requests contributions to Sharon Center Food Pantry at St. Paul Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 120, Sharon Center, OH 44274.
