Donald G. Yarman, Sr., 75, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 8, 2014. He was born September 13, 1939 in Wadsworth, to the late Harry and Jeanette Yarman.
A lifetime area resident, he retired from North American Roto Engravers after 30 years of service and his lifelong passion was farming. He was a member of Crossroads Assembly of God and the Farm Bureau.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane and brother, Larry.
He is survived by his children, Debora (William Bannerman) Castle of Wadsworth, Denise Callaghan of Seven Hills and Donald Yarman, Jr. of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Krystal Kay Castle, Lyndsay Mae (Anthony) Wansitler, Trina Ann and Trista Kay Yarman; great-grandchildren, Layla Mae and Lucas Gideon Wansitler; siblings, Dale, John (Brenda), Tim (Patti) and Becky Yarman; sister-in-law, Ruth Yarman and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 12, 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 P.M., at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman Street in Wadsworth, where the Reverend Mike Boggs will conduct the funeral service Saturday, December 13, at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
