Wade V. Dolamore, 71, of Medina, passed away into his eternal home on Thursday, June 26, 2014. Wade was born March 28, 1943 in Berea, Ohio to the late Virgil and 
Betty Dolamore.
He was raised in Valley City and with his job traveled to various states returning to Medina in 1972. Wade had been a district manager for the former WT Grant for 16 years, received his insurance license and worked for New York Life for 10 years and retired after nine years as a Sergeant at the Medina County Jail in 2005. Wade enjoyed reading, camping, fishing and most of all the love of his life was his family.
He is survived by his wife, Glenna, whom he married October 5, 1961; daughter, Rita Koenig, of Medina; and son, Glenn (Tricia) Dolamore of Valley City; grandchildren, Derek, Rachel and Jacob.
At Wade’s request, there will no calling hours and cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 6 P.M. at the New Life Christian Fellowship, 580 North State Road Medina, Ohio, Pastor Ted Hall, officiating. Private Family Interment at Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Valley City.
In lieu of flowers the Family suggests memorials may be made to the Foundation Fighting Blindness, 7168 Columbia Gateway Drive, Suite 100, Columbia, MD 21046
