Lawrence “Larry” Sysack (Safas), 65, of Hinckley, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in his home. He was born November 23, 1948, to the late Walter and Cecilia Safas in Cleveland.
Lawrence retired from the FBI as a Special Agent. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and working around his property. He loved his dogs and cats.
Lawrence will be missed by his loving wife, Linda Sercia; brother-in-law, John (Cindy) Sercia of Pennsylvania; sisters-in-law, Patricia (Robert) Stoker of Maryland and Christine Ruffing of South Carolina; and nieces and nephews, Katharine, David and Gregory Stoker, Alyssa and Jacob Ruffing and Natalea Sercia.
He was preceded in death by his special friends, Lucky and Bo. Family will receive friends Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 2 to 4 P.M. at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. Service will follow at 4 P.M. in the funeral home. A private burial will take place at a later date.
