OBIT FLAGJames Hudson, 78, went into eternal rest to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 22, Hudson, James2014. He was born in Cleveland on September 12, 1935, to the late Samuel Hudson and Ethel Mae Cox.

James served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He worked as an Iron Worker, Local 17 from 1965-1985 and 21 years as a Millwright at General Motors, Parma plant, retiring in October, 2006.

He was the beloved husband for 54 years of Frances (nee Muglich); loving father of Kenneth (deceased), Kimberly Coffey, Patricia, Deborah (Stanley, deceased) Martovitz, Laura, Pamela, Rebecca (Charles) Voland, Roberta, Marcia (Mark) Schell and William; devoted and loving grandfather of 29 and great grandfather of 16; loving brother of BettyJane Napoli (deceased), Ora Estes, Joann Witchner (deceased), Shirley Uminski and Marcia Lewandowski (deceased).

Visitation will be held Monday, January 27, 2014 from 6 to 9 P.M. at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. A graveside service with military honors will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 2 P.M. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, please meet at the Funeral Home at 12:30P.M.
