Daniel Ferjutz, 71, of Hinckley, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 26, 2013 in his home. He was born on February 5, 1942 to Andrew and Wanda (nee Stachowicz) in Cleveland.
Daniel proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from LTV steel after 30 years.
Daniel was the beloved husband of Linda (nee Knowles); loving father of Laura (Thomas) Hilliard, Jennifer (James) Kiousis and Sara (Sam) Bontempo; cherished grandfather of Jamie and Jessi Kiousis and Adra and Anthony Bontempo; and brother of Kenneth (Diane) Ferjutz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Norman.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Rd., Brunswick 44212. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 11 A.M. at the funeral home with Father Joe Mecir officiating. Private inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, at a later date.
