Phillip R. Gibson, of Brunswick, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born August 13, 1964 in Medina, to Vernon Gibson and Nancy (nee Martin).
He will be dearly missed by his father, Vernon; and stepmother, Judy; his loving children, Sean, Dawn and Emily Kloos; brother, Ricky; half sister, Jamie (Tyler) Doyen; stepsisters, Shelley (John) Rayson, Shawna Stewart, Sheila (Brian) Swan; and many loving nieces and nephews.
He loved his family and friends, and enjoyed fixing, repairing and putting things around the house back together.
Friends may join the family for visitation Sunday, September 22, 2013, from 5 to 8 P.M., at Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral service will be held Monday, September 23, 2013, 10:30 A.M., at the funeral home. Reverend Kenneth Faust will officiate. Visitation will also be Wednesday, September 25, 2013, from 12 to 2 P.M., at Hindman Funeral Home, 619 Hindman Bypass, Hindman, Kentucky 41822, with interment to follow at Gibson Cemetery, in Kentucky.
